Liability Coverage helps to:

• Pay for medical costs if someone is injured and needs medical treatment because of an accident that occurred at your business.
• Cover certain personal and advertising Injury offences committed by you or your employees during the course of your business such as libel, slander, false arrest/detention, or discrimination (coverage is excluded for certain classes)
• Cover certain employment-related lawsuits brought against you by employees or job applications including for wrongful termination and wrongful failure to hire. Defense costs are included within the limit of insurance you purchase.
• Covers you against injuries or damages to others caused by  products you sell or work you perform for your customers.
